How do you balance your project needs?
At Groesnaoak Product Development, Inc., we use several tools to help balance the needs of your project and to ensure that your goals are met.
System Function AnalysisBy thoroughly defining the systems components and interactions, we're able to fully define the problem at hand. Through this process, the problem statement for the project can be clearly specified to allow the team to ensure all issues are being addressed.
Innovative Problem ResolutionThe team will use tools such as the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) methodologies to evaluate the system functions and to resolve any issues or roadblocks. Ideas for the solution are generated and documented so that it is possible to create a patent space around not only the implemented solution, but other possible products.
Sustainable Product DesignA good product design addresses all phases of the product life cycle, we'll use a variety of design techniques to ensure the design meets the needs for manufacturing, assembly, test, service, recycling, upgradeability, etc.

Deliverables Based Product DevelopmentGPD utilizes a deliveralbes based product development methodology. This method develops a project plan that is focused on the on the deliverables that must be completed at each stage. A stepped stage gate technique is used to allow for the project activities to move forward in parallel. Through this type of project management, we are able to ensure that your project stays "On-Track" and that you know how your project is is progressing at each junction.
